The main feature of VELOX machine is the absence of the bottle lifting cylinders, beacuse the machine have a rotating plan on which support the bottles and simultaneously the filling valves descend entering the bottle neck, thereby decreasing the maintenance and spare parts as well. The filling valve “tube in tube” type it’s completely in stainless steel AISI 316 and it is easy to disassemble for the single coupling point and easily maintenaned. Through these systems, the VELOX machine allows to work both with PET bottles and glass bottles using gravity in the filling process.
The VELOX machine is particularly suitable for HOT FILLING mode in PET bottle and GLASS bottle.
